Tenancy Agreement
The tenancy agreement is for 52 weeks starting 1st July and ending 30th June however we offer 50% discounted rent for 8 weeks of the summer period (from 1st July – 26th August) for non – occupancy. Therefore, the rent payable is equivalent to 48 weeks of full rent.
Payment Options
If you can provide a UK based Guarantor you can pay the rent in five instalments as follows.
1 July 2026 – 6 weeks of rent payable (4 weeks discounted by 50% for non-occupancy)
1 August 2026 – 6 weeks of rent payable (4 weeks discounted by 50% for non-occupancy)
28 September 2026 – 16 weeks of rent payable
4 January 2027 – 16 weeks of rent payable
3 May 2027 – 8 weeks of rent payable
If you are unable to provide a UK based Guarantor then the rent must be paid in two or three instalments as follows
Option 1
Upon reservation – 25% of the annual rent payable
1st June 2026 – 75% of the annual rent payable
Option 2
Upon reservation – 25% of the annual rent payable
1st June 2026 – 50% of the annual rent payable
1st September 2026 (or on arrival whichever is sooner) – 25% of the annual rent payable
All Tenancy Agreements run for 52 weeks with 8 weeks discount at 50% due to non-occupancy — total payments equal to only 48 weeks rent.
