An allowance of £300 for studio/1 bed and £200 per person for 2 beds is given for the duration of your tenancy once this runs out electric cards are available to pay for at our office and are easily inserted into your electricity meter that is located within your flat. Flats 1 -10 also have pre-pay gas which can be easily topped up at local shops.
